Credit Card Policy

Pre-Authorisation on Check-In: We confirm the credit card on file and place a pre-authorization hold for the total accommodation amount, plus a $100 deposit as a bond.

This pre-authorization ensures the funds are available but does not deduct them from your account immediately.

Release of Funds on Check-Out: Upon check-out, the pre-authorization hold will be released, and only the final amount for your stay will be charged.

No Refunds for Pre-Authorizations: Please note that there will be no refund into your account for the pre-authorization. The hold will simply be removed from your statement, leaving only the final transaction visible.

Processing Time: Depending on your bank, it may take several days for the pre-authorization to disappear from your statement. If you have any concerns, we recommend contacting your bank for more details on their release process. 

Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Bookings: No refunds will be issued for cancellations under any circumstances.

Cancellation within 72hrs prior to arrival will incur a fee for the first night's accommodation. No-show reservations will incur a fee for the first night and be released from our system for resale. Reservations that have not been confirmed with a credit card or deposit, can be released on the day of arrival from 6 pm.  This does not include non-refundable bookings.

Bookings through Agents or Third Parties: If your reservation was made through a travel agent or a third-party website, Please contact them directly to manage any changes or cancellations.
